Evelyn Branic has lived on Capitol Hill since 1987 and is one of several successful Coldwell Banker agents who are committed to match an array of buyers with the right home. As a run-up to her 30+ year career in real estate, Evelyn worked for the DC City Council as Ward One Constituent Services Director for Councilman Frank Smith, Jr. While at the Council, Evelyn met her wife Cathy, with whom she has enjoyed more than 30 years of marriage. Evelyn earned a BA in Communications at Howard University.
Ever the consummate real estate professional, Evelyn believes in and actively promotes the goal of home ownership for those who desire “their own piece of the pie.” Many of her past clients have praised her for guiding their decision after experiencing exceptional growth in the real estate portfolios.
Evelyn has been an active member of the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors, has served on GCAAR’s Public Policy Committee, HPAP taskforce, and has held key positions in many other local and Federal housing programs. As of late she has come to specialize in Estate Sales.
She regularly participates in countless community projects for homeowners such as Christmas in April. Evelyn also enjoys her involvement in projects not relate to real estate, such as back-to-school supplies and holiday toy drives for needy children and fundraising for the nascent “Capitol Hill Jazz Foundation” whose admirable goal is to bring jazz back to the music-loving residents of the area.
Evelyn works diligently in providing personalized service to her clients. Her decades of consistent success in an often challenging real estate market have won her praise and respect from satisfied clients, both long-standing and new. Check out her newest listings at EvelynBranicHomes.com
